3. License and Usage Rights

3.1 Self-Hosted License

Self-hosted licenses grant you the right to deploy the software on your own infrastructure. License terms vary by plan:

Non-SaaS: Single deployment for internal business use only
SaaS: Right to offer the platform as a service to your customers
Ultimate: Full resale rights with priority support and lifetime updates

3.2 Cloud Service

Cloud subscriptions provide access to our hosted platform with usage-based billing for calls and agent capacity.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Obtain proper consent before recording calls
Not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Not reverse engineer or redistribute the software (except as permitted)

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due according to your selected billing cycle. Self-hosted licenses require one-time payment. Cloud subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

AICalling.app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AICalling.app be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
