Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund
- Cloud subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase
- Self-hosted licenses within 30 days if software is defective or not as described
- Double charges or billing errors
- Service unavailability exceeding our SLA commitments
Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after the refund period has expired
- Consumed usage credits or completed calls
- Change of mind after software deployment
- Third-party integration costs (Twilio, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email our support team at refunds@aicalling.app
- Include your order number and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For self-hosted licenses, you must confirm deletion of all software copies before the refund is processed.
Self-Hosted License Refunds
Self-hosted licenses are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The software does not function as described in the documentation
- Critical features are missing or non-functional
- Installation support was unable to resolve deployment issues
Note: Refund requests must include evidence of the issue and proof that you've attempted to resolve it with our support team.
Cloud Subscription Refunds
Monthly cloud subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refunds within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent future billing.
